Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions (Chardon, OH) and the host Rocky Mount Gryphons (Rocky Mount, NC), saw Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin's baseball squad edge Rocky Mount by a count of 8-7.
