The Mendez Jaguars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Orthopaedic Vipers to 0 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Friday.

The Jaguars now have a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Dimas for a non-league game on Friday, April 5. Mendez will meet a Saints team coming off a 3-2 league win over Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA). The Saints record now stands at 10-4.

The Vipers (6-13) will now prepare for their game against Windward (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 20-2 record. In their last game, Windward gained a win over Oak Park (Oak Park, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
