In Friday's non-league test, the host Emerson Cavaliers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Wayne Hills Patriots.

The Cavaliers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to NV - Old Tappan for a non-league test on Monday, April 8. Emerson will face a Golden Knights squad coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Westwood (Washington Township, NJ). The Golden Knights record now stands at 1-1.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) in a test, on Friday, April 5. Wayne Hills will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
