Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Wapello Indians (Wapello, IA) in a SE IA Super challenge, on Monday, April 8. Mediapolis will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Benton (Van Horne, IA).

The Comets now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wapello for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 11.
