Ohio High School Lacrosse - Mentor drops to Riverside

April 5, 2024: Painesville, OH 44077

In Friday's league test, the host Riverside Beavers lacrosse squad scored a good 17-3 victory over the Mentor Cardinals.

The Beavers now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lake for a Region 2 test on Saturday, April 6. Riverside will face a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 15-11 non-league win over Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 1-2.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 9. Mentor will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Battling Bees come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Wooster (Wooster, OH).
