The South County Stallions lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the visiting Woodson Cavaliers to 3 in the Stallions league win on Friday.
The Stallions (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams go into the Patriot match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Robinson nudged West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 17-5, in a league match.
The Cavaliers (3-3) will now prepare for their match against West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Spartans go into the Patriot match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, West Springfield nudged Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA), 10-9, in a league match.
