Nevada High School Softball - McQueen can't hold off Churchill County

The McQueen Lancers softball team (Reno, NV), was tipped 8-7 in Friday's non-league test with the host Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV)

Coming up next, the Greenwave encounter the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) in a 3A North - East test, on Friday, April 12. Churchill County will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 16-2 record after their 9-6 league win over Fernley (Fernley, NV).

The Lancers (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Las Plumas (Oroville, CA). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Las Plumas edged Carson (Carson City, NV), 5-0, in a non-league test.
