The Estero Wildcats softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Port Charlotte Pirates to 4 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Estero improves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Lely (Naples, FL) to clash with the Trojans in a 4A District 12 game on Tuesday, April 9. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 3-10. Lely won 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Golden Gate (Naples, FL)

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Fort Myers Green Wave (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 8. Port Charlotte will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Green Wave come into the game with a 10-2 record after their 11-2 non-league loss to Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY).
