Oregon High School Softball - Rainier bounces Kennedy

The Rainier Columbians routed the host Kennedy Trojans softball squad by a count of 23-0 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Columbians (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Banks (Banks, OR). The Braves go into the 3A-SD1 Special District 1 battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Banks was routed by Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR), 15-4, in a league battle.

The Trojans now sport a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Colton for a 2A/1A-SD2 Special District 2 battle on Monday, April 8. Kennedy will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Sheridan (Sheridan, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 3-5.
