The Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE) baseball the host Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE), 5-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. Andrew's for a Independent Schools challenge on Tuesday, April 8. Sanford will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over DuPont (Wilmington, DE). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Brandywine drops to 3-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Lake Forest (Felton, DE) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Lake Forest lost 9-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE)
