In Saturday's non-league bout, the Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets (Henrietta, NY) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Elmira Express (Elmira, NY), by a tally of 17-0.
Next up, the Royal Comets encounter the Victor Blue Devils (Victor, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe County I bout, on Monday, April 21. Rush-Henrietta will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.
The Express (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Horseheads (Horseheads, NY). The Blue Raiders enter the Section 4 Southern Tier - West bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Horseheads overcame Vestal (Vestal, NY), 16-2, in a non-league bout.
