Maryland High School Baseball - Georgetown Prep defeats Riverdale Baptist

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas baseball team scored a close 12-7 win over the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders.
The Little Hoyas (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Episcopal (Alexandria, VA). The Maroon go into the Interstate Athletic game with a 3-8 record. In their last game, Episcopal was overwhelmed by Flint Hill (Oakton, VA), 6-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Crusaders play the Avalon Black Knights (Wheaton, MD) in a Freelance game, on Tuesday, April 8. Riverdale Baptist will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Black Knights go into the game with a 2-9 record after their 5-2 league loss to NOVA HomeSchool (Chantilly, VA).
