In Saturday's non-league game, the host Newark Charter School Patriots baseball team scored a nice 11-1 victory over the Seaford Bluejays.

The Patriots (4-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE). The Spartans enter the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, St. Mark's defeated Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE), 6-5, in a non-league game.
