The St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees (Newark, NJ) baseball the host Union City Soaring Eagles (Union City, NJ), 6-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Gray Bees now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nutley for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 7. St. Benedict's Prep will clash with a Maroon Raiders team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Maroon Raiders record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Union City drops to 4-1 on the year. The Soaring eagles host Memorial (West New York, NJ) to clash with the Tigers in a HCIAL - American challenge on Monday, April 7. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Memorial won 6-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ)
