The Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT) baseball trounced the visiting St. Luke's Storm (New Canaan, CT), 13-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Big Red now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity-Pawling School for a Founders challenge on Monday, April 7. Taft School will clash with a Pride team coming off a 9-5 league loss to Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT). The Pride record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, St. Luke's drops to 3-2 on the year. The Storm travel to King (Stamford, CT) to clash with the Vikings in a Fairchester challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 1-3. King lost 7-0 in their recent league challenge against Hamden Hall Country Day (Hamden, CT)
