In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Nevada Union Miners volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Rio Americano Raiders.
The Miners (26-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Davis Sr. (Davis, CA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record.
Next, the Raiders meet the Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 5. Rio Americano will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 2-1 league loss to Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA).
