Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Animo Pat Brown Gryphons (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA), observed Animo Pat Brown's volleyball team top Triumph Charter by a tally of 2-0.

The Gryphons (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Wilson (Los Angeles, CA). The Mules enter the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Wilson was beaten by Marshall (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) in a North Valley contest, on Monday, April 7. Triumph Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 5-13 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Cate (Carpinteria, CA).
