In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hancock Eagles volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Crete-Monee Warriors.

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Shepard (Palos Heights, IL). The Astros enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Shepard got by Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 5. Crete-Monee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL).
