In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hoboken Redwings volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions.

The Redwings (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hudson Catholic (Jersey City, NJ). The Hawks enter the HCIAL - National challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Hudson Catholic beat McNair Academic (Jersey City, NJ), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Garfield Boilermakers (Garfield, NJ) in a NJIC - American challenge, on Tuesday, April 8. Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Boilermakers enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, NJ).
