Illinois High School Volleyball - South Elgin can't hold off Lane Tech

In Saturday's non-league match, the Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL) volleyball squad tipped the visiting South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Champions battle the Von Steuben Panthers (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Gold match, on Tuesday, April 8. Lane Tech will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 1-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL).

The Storm (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Wildkits enter the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Evanston was tipped by Highland Park (Highland Park, IL), 2-1, in a non-league match.
