Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions (Chardon, OH), 13-9 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Kenston advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bombers travel to Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH) to play the Lancers in a Region 6 game on Tuesday, April 8. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 1-1. Gilmour Academy won 14-9 in their recent league game against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH)

The Lions now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Vincent-St. Mary for a non-league game on Thursday, April 10. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will play a Fighting Irish team coming off a 7-4 league win over Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 5-1.
