In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Montgomery Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-9 triumph over the Princeton Tigers.

The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ). The Mountaineers go into the Skyland - Raritan contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Bernards held off Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ), 8-4, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the West Windsor-Plainsboro South Pirates (Princeton Junction, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 9. Princeton will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Peddie (Hightstown, NJ).
