In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Notre Dame Irish lacrosse squad scored a good 19-3 triumph over the Steinert Spartans.
The Irish (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Hightstown knocked off Princeton Day (Princeton, NJ), 18-8, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Spartans meet the Monroe Township Falcons (Monroe Township, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 8. Steinert will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 6-5 league win over North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ).
