The Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting St. Rita Mustangs to 6 in the Caravan league triumph on Saturday.

The Caravan now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Saint Ignatius College Prep for a Chicago Catholic - Blue outing on Tuesday, April 8. Chicago Mt. Carmel will face a Wolfpack squad coming off a 17-6 non-league win over Marist (Chicago, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, St. Rita falls to 1-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Whitney Young (Chicago, IL) to face the Dolphins in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 8. The Dolphins go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Whitney Young lost 10-3 in their recent league outing against Lane Tech (Chicago, IL)
