The Eagles now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Trinity Christian for a Virginia Christian Athletic outing on Tuesday, April 8. Fredericksburg Christian will face a Gryphons squad coming off a 10-6 league win over Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA). The Gryphons record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, New Covenant falls to 1-4 on the year. The Gryphons travel to Rockingham (Weyers Cave, VA) to face the MudDogs in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 10. The MudDogs go into the outing with a record of 8-1. Rockingham won 20-1 in their recent non-league outing against Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV)
