In Saturday's non-league test, the Potlatch Loggers (Potlatch, ID) softball squad overwhelmed the host Colfax Bulldogs (Colfax, WA), by a count of 11-5.

Next, the Loggers meet the Clearwater Valley Rams (Kooskia, ID) in a 2A Whitepine test, on Monday, April 7. Potlatch will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 3-2 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Non Varsity Opponent (, ).

The Bulldogs (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Liberty (Spangle, WA). The Lancers go into the 2B Bi-County test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Liberty held off Asotin (Asotin, WA), 10-1, in a league test.
