Ohio High School Softball - Margaretta bested by Hopewell-Loudon

The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains triumphed over the host Margaretta Polar Bears softball squad by a count of 19-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Chieftains meet the Lakota Raiders (Kansas, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River challenge, on Monday, April 7. Hopewell-Loudon will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 11-6 league loss to Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH).

The Polar Bears (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Willard (Willard, OH). The Crimson Flashes enter the Sandusky Bay - Bay challenge with a 1-6 record.
