In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Oregon Panthers softball team scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Janesville Craig Cougars.
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Madison West (Madison, WI). The Regents go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Madison West was routed by Sun Prairie East (Sun Prairie, WI), 11-3, in a league match.
