The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the New Egypt Warriors (New Egypt, NJ) and the visiting Toms River South Indians (Toms River, NJ), observed New Egypt's softball team get by Toms River South by a final score of 10-7.

The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Wall Township (Wall, NJ). The Crimson Knights go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Wall Township was routed by Middletown North (Middletown, NJ), 5-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 7. Toms River South will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 20-10 non-league loss to Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ).
