California High School Softball - Village Christian gets by Poly

April 5, 2025: Sun Valley, CA 91352

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA) and the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), observed Village Christian's softball team get by Poly by a tally of 2-1.

The Crusaders (5-5) will now prepare for their bout against Maranatha (Pasadena, CA). The Minutemen go into the Olympic bout with a 1-9 record. In their last bout, Maranatha was nipped by Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA), 19-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Parrots clash with the Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 5. Poly will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 20-3 league win over Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA).
