The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) and the visiting Stevenson Pirates (Pebble Beach, CA), saw Saint Viator's lacrosse team nudge Stevenson by a margin of 12-11.
The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record.
The Pirates (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kettle Moraine (Wales, WI). The Lasers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Kettle Moraine edged Oregon (Oregon, WI), 14-13, in a non-league challenge.
