New York High School Softball - Academy of the Holy Names loses to Schalmont

The Schalmont Sabres softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Academy of the Holy Names to 2 in the Sabres league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Schalmont moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Sabres host Albany Academy for Girls (Albany, NY) to clash with the Bears in a Section 2 Colonial game on Friday, April 8. The Bears come into the game with a record of 1-1. Albany Academy for Girls lost 12-3 in their recent league game against Cobleskill-Richmondville (Cobleskill, NY)
In their next game, the clash with the Mohonasen Warriors (Schenectady, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial game, on Monday, April 11. Academy of the Holy Names will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
