The Manti Templars softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Wasatch Wasps to 1 in the Templars non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Manti moves its record to 9-9 on the year. The Templars travel to North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT) to clash with the Hawks in a 3A Region 14 game on Friday, April 8. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 4-11. North Sanpete won 9-2 in their recent non-league game against Richfield (Richfield, UT)

In their next game, the Wasps clash with the Ridgeline Riverhawks (Millville, UT) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 8. Wasatch will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Riverhawks come into the game with a 9-1 record after their 10-0 league win over Sky View (Smithfield, UT).
