The Bearden Bulldogs crushed the visiting George Rogers Clark Cardinals baseball team by a count of 8-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they host Johnson Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 8. Bearden will face a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Sevier County (Sevierville, TN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
Next, the Cardinals face the Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) in a District 40 bout, on Tuesday, April 11. George Rogers Clark will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record.
