The Bergenfield Bears crushed the host Fort Lee Bridgemen baseball team by a count of 15-7 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paramus Catholic for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 8. Bergenfield will face a Paladins team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ). The Paladins record now stands at 2-1.
Next, the Bridgemen face the Ridgefield Park Scarlets (Ridgefield Park, NJ) in a Big North - American bout, on Monday, April 10. Fort Lee will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Scarlets enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ).
