The Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Bluffton Pirates to 3 in the Thunderbirds non-league victory on Thursday.
The Thunderbirds (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Parkway (Rockford, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 6-3 record.
The Pirates (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Jefferson (Delphos, OH). The Wildcats go into the Northwest match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Jefferson by Bath (Lima, OH), 5-4, in a non-league match.
