The Brookfield Bobcats baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Holy Cross Crusaders to 3 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bobcats (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Danbury (Danbury, CT). The Hatters go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Danbury was edged by Conard (West Hartford, CT), 11-1, in a non-league match.
The Crusaders (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Derby (Derby, CT). The Red Raiders go into the Naugatuck Valley - Copper match with a 1-0 record.
