In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Fairport Red Raiders baseball team scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Powell County Pirates.

The Pirates (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Wolfe County (Campton, KY). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Wolfe County by Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY), 4-2, in a non-league game.
