In Thursday's non-league game, the host Loganville Red Devils baseball team scored a tight 14-8 victory over the Oconee County Warriors.
The Red Devils (18-7) will now prepare for their game against Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA). The Bulldoggs go into the 5A Area 8 game with a 17-7 record. In their last game, Winder-Barrow tipped Archer (Lawrenceville, GA), 7-1, in a non-league game.
The Warriors (12-11) will now prepare for their game against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA). The Lions go into the 3A Area 8 game with a 18-5 record. In their last game, Franklin County tipped Seneca (Seneca, SC), 5-3, in a non-league game.
