In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Portales Rams baseball team scored a nice 15-6 victory over the West Las Vegas Dons.
The Rams (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Robertson (Las Vegas, NM). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Robertson was overwhelmed by West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM), 9-8, in a league game.
The Dons (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Raton (Raton, NM). The Tigers go into the 3A District 2 game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, Raton was overwhelmed by St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM), 9-8, in a league game.
