Patrick Henry Patriots (San Diego, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Eastlake Titans (Chula Vista, CA), 7-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mission Bay for a challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Patrick Henry will battle a Buccaneers squad coming off a 22-8 non-league loss to Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Eastlake falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Titans travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to battle the Vaqueros in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 10. The Vaqueros enter the challenge with a record of 10-0.
