The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) and the host Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC), saw Waccamaw's lacrosse team nudge Academic Magnet by a margin of 8-7.
The Warriors (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves enter the non-league challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Socastee was tipped by James Island (Charleston, SC), 12-8, in a non-league challenge.
