Illinois High School Lacrosse - Hampshire sneaks past St. Charles East

The Hampshire Whip-Purs lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the visiting St. Charles East Fighting Saints to 9 in the Whip-Purs non-league win on Thursday.
The Whip-Purs (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Pirates come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Palatine nipped Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL), 23-7, in a league battle.
In their next game, the Fighting Saints clash with the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 8. St. Charles East will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 3-0 record after their 15-7 non-league win over Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL).
