Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL), 10-5 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lyons for a non-league battle on Monday, April 10. Waubonsie Valley will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 11-8 non-league win over St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Lions record now stands at 4-0.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 8. Kaneland will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Chargers come into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 13-0 league loss to Cary-Grove (Cary, IL).
