Parkview Panthers (Lilburn, GA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers face the Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 8. Parkview will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA).
The Seahawks now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Colleton County for a AAAA Region 7 challenge on Friday, April 7. Hilton Head Island will face a Cougars team coming off a 7-0 league loss to James Island (Charleston, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 5-8.
