Massachusetts High School Softball - Braintree can't hold off Abington

The Abington Green Wave softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Braintree Wamps to 2 in the Green Wave non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Abington moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Green Wave host Middleborough (Middleborough, MA) to clash with the Sachems in a South Shore - Pilgrim game on Tuesday, April 11. The Sachems come into the game with a record of 1-0.
In their next game, the Wamps clash with the Weymouth Wildcats (South Weymouth, MA) in a Bay State - Carey game, on Monday, April 10. Braintree will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
