Hoopeston Cornjerkers (Hoopeston, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes (Georgetown, IL), 20-0 in a league challenge.
The Cornjerkers now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Cerro Gordo/DeLand-Weldon for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8.
