Alabama High School Baseball - Athens loses to Hazel Green

The Hazel Green Trojans baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Athens Golden Eagles to 2 in the Trojans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Trojans (9-22) will now prepare for their match against Buckhorn (New Market, AL). The Bucks go into the 6A Area 16 match with a 12-10 record.
The Golden Eagles (19-9) will now prepare for their match against Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 28-6 record. In their last match, Bob Jones edged Austin (Decatur, AL), 11-1, in a non-league match.
