The Fitch Falcons the visiting Bacon Academy Bobcats baseball team by a count of 8-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Falcons now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Kingstown for a non-league bout on Monday, April 8. Fitch will face a Rebels team coming off a 3-1 league win over North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Rebels record now stands at 3-0.

The Bobcats now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Putnam for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 9. Bacon Academy will play a Clippers squad coming off a 22-1 non-league win over Parish Hill (Chaplin, CT). The Clippers record now stands at 1-1.
