With the win, Cobre upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM) to battle the Bears in a 3A District 3 test on Saturday, April 13. The Bears come into the test with a record of 5-10. Hatch Valley lost 14-5 in their recent non-league game against Tularosa (Tularosa, NM)

The Horsemen (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Raton (Raton, NM). The Tigers go into the 3A District 2 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Raton by Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM), 5-3, in a non-league game.
